Cancellation Policy

Healing Sanctuary Cancellation Policy At Healing Sanctuary, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and we understand that life happens. To provide the best service to all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or changes to your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service charge. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for the next guest. The full service fee will still apply. Exceptions • We understand emergencies and illness can happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate with compassion and fairness.
