I don’t believe in labels, and I don’t limit myself to them either. Over the years, I’ve worn (and still wear) many hats, but none that fully define me. Instead, I bring my whole self into my work and hold space for others to do the same—without judgment and without the need to fit into a mold. My path has been anything but linear—it’s been a journey of curiosity, surrender, and connection. Along the way, I’ve studied both science and spirit, becoming a Usui Reiki Master and Holy Fire® Karuna Master, and completing extensive training in energy medicine, shamanic practices, sound and frequency healing, and other holistic modalities that honor the body’s innate wisdom. I blend this with my clinical background to support healing of mind, body, and spirit. This is a space where every part of you is welcome. Whether you come for therapy, coaching, bodywork, energy healing, or simply to breathe, you’ll find an integrative approach that honors where you are and gently opens space for curiosity, hope, and new possibilities to emerge.
